• All current students with active PUPPY PASSPORT and ALL ACCESS PASS subscriptions on May 9 will have their subscriptions extended by the number of days that they lose due to the lockdown upon reopening.

• Puppy Passport holders whose puppies age out of our puppy program (six months of age) during lockdown will be granted an All Access Pass for the number of days that they lose due to lockdown.

• Puppy Passport users are required to use their other service vouchers prior to their puppy’s six month birthday (Grooming, Daycare, Swim lesson, Retail discount). No extensions will be granted for those items.

• No cash refunds will be given due to the lockdown.

• Clients may refund their unused portion of academy packages to store credit to apply on other services.

• We will be working through clients with active academy packages over the next week and will be in contact. Please bear with us, this admin process is time consuming.

• If you do not hear from us within a week, or feel that you have a special circumstance to be considered, please contact clientcare@pawshdogsalon.wpcomstaging.com and we will start working through individual files beginning Monday, May 10.
